1
Call for symposia and workshops. These are multi-author interactive presentations around an overall theme.
Submission closed
2
Call for oral presentations and posters.
3
Late poster submissions.
Symposia are intended to provide the audience with engaging presentations about new research and/or clinical experience on different aspects of a single overall topic. The presenters should be experts in their field and the topic should be chosen to be of current interest to those who attend the EAPM meeting.
Space in the program is limited and selection will be very competitive. As a result, many good submissions will unfortunately not be selected. We would therefore like to invite those speakers who were planning to present in a symposium that was not selected, to submit their personal presentation for consideration as a single oral contribution (you will be informed about the call for abstracts after closure of the symposia submission).
Please submit your proposal via the submission tool on the conference website.
Workshops are highly interactive sessions intended to provide transformational learning experiences on a clinical or research skill relevant to those attending the EAPM meeting.
Workshops that address a topic of greater interest run by experts with a reputation for delivering successful workshops are most likely to be accepted. Space for workshops is limited, consequently, submissions will be highly competitive and many good submissions will unfortunately not be selected for this reason. If a workshop is not selected we encourage you to consider resubmitting it for next year’s meeting, or if the content is suitable to submit an abstract.
Please submit your workshop proposal via the submission tool on the conference website.
Oral presentations and posters are ways to share your research findings and
clinical insights with others attending the meeting in a digestible summary form. Speakers have 15 minutes each (12 minutes presentation, followed by 3 minutes for questions/discussion). Oral presentations are grouped in 75 minute sessions.
Posters are presented at two dedicated poster sessions. Details will follow.
For both oral presentations and posters please submit an abstract. These is limited time in the programme and some submissions for brief oral presentations may be offered a poster presentation as an alternative.
Maximum word count: 500.
The standard format is as follows: title, aims, method, results, discussion.
Please submit your abstract via the submission tool on the conference website.
