How to become a member association
A National Association or Society which is active in the field of C-L psychiatry, psychosomatic medicine or integrated care that wishes to become affiliated with EAPM shall submit an application to the EAPM Board via the administrator of the EAPM at contact@eapm.eu.com.
This application shall include:
- a completed application form – see application form
- a copy of the association statutes in English signed by President of the association – to be sent via e-mail
This full application shall be reviewed by the EAPM Board which will decide on its approval (by a majority vote).
Advantages of becoming an EAPM Affiliated National Association
- The receipt of regular correspondence concerning the latest developments in CL Psychiatry, Psychosomatic Medicine and integrated care – the EAPM newsletter.
- An opportunity to promote your association and its events on the EAPM website and at the EAPM annual conferences.
- Representation of your association on the EAPM Advisory Board (as an EAPM ambassador): One member of your association can be nominated to become part of the Advisory Board. This has its annual meeting during the EAPM conference together with the EAPM main Board (this nominated member must be or become an individual member of EAPM).
- An invitation for your appointed representative to attend and vote at the EAPM annual General Assembly.
- A reduced registration fee for all members of your association to attend EAPM conferences.
- The opportunity to network with other EAPM affiliated national associations and thereby promote our field internationally.
EAPM Affiliation National Association Fee
Annual fee for EAPM National Society/Association Affiliation is 1 € per member of the relevant society/association. The minimum fee is 100 € per year.
